Well, it is fire season again. The cloud of smoke just above our houses is from a local fire. The smoke & ashes never made it our way, but another small fire broke out just to the right of the where is smoke was last night. Luckily it was going the opposite way as well. We're feeling lucky & have made a serious plan to get our emergency kits put together... just in case.

Wow...those fires are so close, that must be a little bit scary. It looks like john had a good birthday, that looks like a lot of candles! I love the one tooth, kasen has four and he tries to bit on my shoulder all the time. I am always afraid that it will hurt me. Thanks for the update! Have a great weekend!
