Isaac got to make some Valentines at Preschool. He also had a great party & made this ultra cool heart headband that he actually wore all day. It is always cool when your kid makes his first official art project at school. I loved it. Evan & Jacob enjoyed their Valentines day this year. Evan was really bummed to find out that Isaac got to attend a Valentines party at school, so he waited for me to put on a little party for just him and Jacob & Mommy. All I had to do was pull out his Valentine surprise & the kid was on cloud nine! You can see what a happy kid he is! Jacob was pretty happy too....a whole tube of Mini M & Ms can make any 1 year old happy....all day!

These are the Valentines from Grandma Jane. The kids love these heart shaped suckers! Feelin' the love! They have cherished their special cards too.
(Thanks Mom!)

These are valentines from Grandma "Sisi"...that is John's mom. Her real name is Pat, but the kids seem to think it is Sisi. She sent the kids Pez candy & key chains with REAL keys (a small obsession to say the least in our household). What a great Grandma! (Thank you Pat, these were a big hit!)

The kids really got to enjoy Valentines Day this year. Now that they know what it is all about & received 3 different special Valentine deliveries! Up until this year, they have never known that so many holidays existed! Its like every month I tell them, oh we have to wear this color because of this holiday, or we get candy this month because of this holiday, etc. They are really amazed by all of this & are now keeping it all in memory!

So, as February came around, I told them that it was a day LOVE. So this meant that we had to be extra nice to our brothers & family because we love them & because it is Valentines Day! The older boys would say, " oh...okay....AND we get candy?!" And I would respond, "Yes, because we love each other & we are telling everyone we we LOVE them." They thought this was cool.

So to end my story, I have a sweatshirt that has a little heart on the zipper. Isaac says, "Mom, you have a heart on your shirt because you love it?" I say, "Yeeesss..... I do love my comfy hoodie sweatshirt." "Good job buddy."

Same at our house...candy makes everything all better! Well at least almost always. It is so cute to see the three of your boys together they seem like they will be the best of friends like mine...although sometimes I do wonder.
