The Garden For Your Daily Living
We got this handout in RS on Sunday & I thought it was great. I almost want to plant my garden exactly as it is in the poem- just as a daily reminder!
Plant 4 rows of LETTUCE
Lettuce be faithful
Lettuce be kind
Lettuce be patient
Lettuce be ready to love on another
Plant 3 rows of PEAS
Peace of mind
Peace of heart
Peace of soul
Plant 4 rows of SQUASH
Squash gossip
Squash indifference
Squash grumbling
Squash unselfishness
No garden is without TURNIPS
Turnip for meetings
Turnip for service
Turnip to help one another
To conclude our garden, we need THYME
Thyme for each other
Thyme for family
Thyme for friends
Water freely with patience and cultivate with love. There is much fruit in your garden because you reap what you sow.

i like that.
Love that poem.
I would absolutely love to visit. I wonder if Kai knows that area.
Keep taking pictures so I can see what it looks like.:) Do you know how much teachers make there>:)
All I've been able to reap from my garden are radishes (which no one will eat). Maybe I should have followed this poem instead!
Love the poem. Love all the new pics! The dress up clothes are great! And yeah for park day! The beaches look so nice there.
