The kids FINALLY learned how to ride their bikes,
WITH NO TRAINING WHEELS!
Evan is 3, going on 4 & Isaac is 4 going of 5. They got their training wheels taken off just to see if they could figure it out & suddenly they had NO interest in riding bikes. Since we don't have a tone of outdoor toys for the kids, we were determined that they keep practicing.
The other day I went to play tennis with a friend & brought the boys' bikes to keep them entertained. We weren't there 10 minutes & I hear Isaac yelling, "Mom, Mom, Look!" There he is riding his bikes, making turns, stopping. I couldn't believe it. Evan soon followed & now they have MASTERED RIDING BIKES! This is a huge milestone & I'm so happy they learned it together.

yea, kassia is riding her bike with now training wheels either! This summer she has just taken off... she is five now, and so excited to follow her big brother around the block!
That is SO cool! Way to go, boys! In answer to your question--3daypottytraining.com is what I used--you have to download her e-book. It REALLY works if you stick to it. My sister also did it with her boy and he's potty trained, too. I'd say Blake got it the first day for sure, and the second and third days were just reminders. And yes, a Utah trip would be fun! ANY trip would be fun!
Hooray for bikes without training wheels! One of my first memories of you and John together is you two leaving the dorms to go play tennis!
I can't believe that John caught a salmon with a seal trying to catch it too! Unbelievable! I would have loved to see that. Salmon is our favorite fish!
I love your family pictures! It really is hard to get a good one!
