Happy Birthday To Me.... 28 yrs. old. Not feeling too old yet.
It was a fun birthday because I got a 2-day birthday. Susan & Emma were in town so of course that always make the day special. John had to work on my actual bday so we celebrated as a family the night before. The kids had a full day of playing outside with the warm sun & awesome 75 degree weather. That night we took them to the park & then went out for my traditional Chinese dinner. I got my favorite cheesecake treat for my cake & opened a few gifts.
Since it is a MAJOR no-no to open gifts early on my side, I waited to open up my gifts from my parents on my real birthday. It was great to see the kids so excited. Not only did I get everything I needed & asked for, but I got two other surprises....Susan, my very own Birthday Fairy came to make sure I got all my birthday wishes & lunch at Chuckie Cheese (no pics), but where else can we celebrate a real birthday with 4 babies? The next day we were off to Vegas for a few days. A good way to start my new year off!

happy birthday jo!! i hope that you had a wonderful time and only a couple of more years and you will no longer be twenty something! i hit the 30's this september...pretty crazy i don't know where the past 10+ years went!
