Happy 4th Of July!
We had a great day celebrating the 4th starting with Tiny Town. It is setup in the local park where kids can work on various craft items, go on rides, and listen to live music. They usually end up in the kiddie section with all the baby toys- which isn't so bad I guess considering that it is free for them to play there! We then headed off to the Kingston Parade. It is always something we look forward to doing & the kids always enjoy the candy handouts! Later in the evening we went to the Marina Park for an evening of live music & a firework display. The kids danced the night away & quickly found some new friends to run around with. By the end of the night we were all wiped out from a full day of events, but mostly felt blessed to be able to enjoy such a beautiful day & feel proud to be an American!
This is a video of Jacob at the parade. He made this sign at Tiny Town & finally figured out how to use it!
